“I've placed three orders from Monkey Swag over the past year or so, once on Amazon and twice from the online store directly. My first two purchases arrived a few days before the expected delivery date which is always a nice surprise. A few days ago I made an order for two NATO straps. They were unfortunately lost in the post so I called customer support and explained the situation, Seb sent out replacements for me straight away and I received them the very next day. Great service and products, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality watch strap.”

“first time ordering from Monkey Swag. I'm in the US so getting a Phoenix nato strap is difficult. No reliable US seller to be found and my other choice would have been ordering from CWC but they charge 25 gbp just for shipping regardless what you order. Very happy I found Monkey Swag. Great price on the strap, very reasonable shipping, and the item was well packaged, even included couple free spring bars which I appreciate. Thank you Monkey Swag! I'll be back! (Terminator voice)”
